Style watch: retro or modern?

I’ve discovered my love for watches again. It’s weird because I don’t even look at the time on my watch at all… it’s more for accessory reasons I guess. I love my silver New Look watch but I want a golden one too. 

I fell in love with Casio’s golden Retro watch when I was in London in Urban Outfitters a few weeks ago. I came across it again on the Dutch webshop Dress Republic. I’m still doubting on getting the entire golden or black and gold version.

But I’ve been hearing good stories about Triwa watches too. This is a rather new brand, established in 2006. The designs are playful but very stylish. I really like the watches especially the coral colored one. It would really brighten up an outfit.

So should I go for the classic (Casio) or modern (Triwa) brand? Decisions, decisions!

    I only like that one Casio watch, that golden one in the photo, besides that i am al Triwa <3 they have gorgeous colors, its like you can get one for every outfit :o
